The first time we know each other is through Linda’s letter with Product List and professional quotation list. Due to the attractive product packages and detailed physical properties, I reply Linda. From that time, the potential cooperation consciousness germinated.

Below shining points from Linda herself were appreciated by me:

First, Be careful.

After we agreed the CIF price and confirmed of S/C. There is a mistake about the total amount.

Linda informed me timely and fixed it accurately.

Second, Be enthusiastic.

The very step during the stock up process, Linda will track it and email me tightly. Sometime she will inquiry me warmly that what specially document do we need to make clearance customs?

Third, Be honest.

No all the orders dealt smooth, some inevitable factors like Shipment delay. The really reasons were presented to me timely. Sincere message is the foundation of conducting self, base of starting one’s career.

Fourth, Be professional.

No matter from preparing the documents or to posting clearance customs papers, I can confidently believe Linda can do all the things methodically. That’s for one salesman’s professional spirit.
