FKM (Viton) –JX-2460 series are the terpolymer of VDF, TFE and HFP. Because of its high fluorine content, its vulcanized rubber has excellent anti oil property and high thermal stability. It also has good mechanical property and can be used in 275 for a long time, in 320 for a short time. The property of anti oil and anti acid is better than F23, resistance of FKM-246 to oil, ozone, radiation, electricity and flamer is similar with FKM-246.

Widely used in aerospace, automotive ,machinery, petrochemical ,and other fileds.. for example ,the aircraft static/dynamic seals material  of hydraulic and lubrication system ,used in drilling equipment and oil pipelines ;the chemical industry for equipment ,flexible pipe connections ,liner of pump or corrosion –resistant sealing material ,made of pipes to carry solvents or other media ,such as corrosion .

Packaging, Transport and Storage:
1.Fluorous rubber is packed in PE plastic bags in the form of film, and then loaded into cartons, and each carton has net weight of 20kg.

2.Fluorous rubber is stored in clean, dry and cool warehouse. It is transported according to non-hazardous chemicals, and should keep away from pollution source, sunshine and water during transportation.

3.The product has one year of shelf time since the date of production, and can be reinspected according to our company standard if exceeding the shelf time and used if meeting requirements.
